Robin Davis - Director
An analytical director-level leader, managing budgets up to £12.8m pa & leading teams up to 34 strong, with 20 years’ industry experience, the latter 10 years as a UK Lead and IT Consultant at Accenture. This included:
- Working at director level with predominantly blue chip experience in Financial Services (Investment & Retail Banking) and Government sectors.
- Being involved from proposal stage through to operations.
- Leading the UK consulting capability for Complex Solution Architects for 3 years, growing its headcount by 161% while still exceeding internal chargeability targets and maintaining morale.
